교수·학습 과정안이 무엇이냐고요?
하나씩 뜯어보면 더 쉽게 이해할 수 있어요.
교수, 수업 = Teaching
학습, 배움 = Learning
과정안 = Plan
교사가 수업을 통해 학생의 학습이 이루어지도록 하기 위한 계획서가 바로 교수·학습 과정안이라고 할 수 있어요.
모든 교사가 매 시간마다 교수·학습 과정안을 작성하지는 않습니다.
임상장학, 수업 연구, 연구수업, 동료장학, 공개수업 등 특정 목적을 가진 수업 나눔의 장면에서 작성하는 것입니다.
어떤 계획과 전략, 방법을 가지고 오늘의 수업을 실행시켜 나갈 것인지에 대한 계획을 세우는 것이지요.
간략하게 수업 자체의 내용 구성을 기반으로 하는 교수·학습과정안을 약안,
학생의 실태 분석 및 단원의 개관 등까지 포함하는 상세한 교수·학습과정안을 세안이라고 한답니다.
일반적으로 교수·학습 과정안에는 다음과 같은 필수 요소가 포함되어야 해요.
1. Learning Objectives 학습목표
- Clear statements of what students are expected to learn by the end of the lesson or unit.
- Objectives should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).
2. Content 내용
- Topics, concepts, and skills to be covered.
- This includes key information, theories, or principles related to the subject matter.
3. Teaching Strategies/Methods 교수학습전략/방법
- Approaches to deliver the content (e.g., lectures, discussions, group work, hands-on activities).
- Techniques to engage students and accommodate different learning styles.
4. Materials and Resources 교구 및 자료
- List of materials needed for the lesson (textbooks, handouts, technology, visual aids).
- Resources such as online articles, videos, or interactive tools.
5. Assessment and Evaluation 평가
- Methods to measure student understanding and achievement of objectives (quizzes, tests, projects, presentations).
- Criteria for evaluating student performance.
6. Timeframe 시간 운영 계획
- An outline of the time allocated for each section of the lesson or unit.
- It helps to keep the lesson on track and ensures all content is covered.
7. Differentiation 개별화 지도 계획
- Strategies to accommodate diverse learners (e.g., advanced learners, students with special needs).
- Adjustments in teaching methods or materials to meet varying abilities and interests.
- 실제로 매우 중요한 부분이나 누락되는 경우가 대부분이랍니다.
8. Reflection or Feedback 성찰 혹은 피드백
- A section for teachers to reflect on the effectiveness of the lesson.
- What worked well? What could be improved for future lessons?
- 실제 수업 나눔을 통해 나의 수업 성장을 스스로 성찰하기 위해 가장 중요한 부분입니다.
- 교수학습과정안의 서식 자체에는 들어가지 않더라도, 의식적으로 수업 성찰을 해 보는 것은 매우 의미 있어요.

위에서 언급한 요소 들 중 부족한 요소들이 많이 보이실 거예요. ^^
우수한 교수·학습 과정안이라고는 볼 수 없는, 매우 일반적인 동료장학을 위해 작성했던 과정안이었죠.
동료장학은 동료교원에게 내 수업을 공개하고 피드백을 받기도 하고, 수업 나눔을 하기도 하는 일종의 장학이랍니다.
